Service: Bridal Makeup and/or Hair

Congratulations on your engagement! Thank you for choosing me to help celebrate your special day. I understand all the hard work and meticulous planning that goes into making your day a true success. I also know that the way you look and feel on that day is directly related to your beauty experiences prior to the big event. I have taken care of many beautiful brides and their bridal parties, and as a result I know exactly which questions to ask to get you organized. Bridal Pricing: I will recreate the look we achieved during your bridal preview. Please remember that everyone in your wedding party is welcome to join us for services on your wedding day.

   No extensions are provided by stylist (specialty updo is additional cost)
       

Off-site Travel Fee: I am happy to come to your wedding venue and perform my services there. I have found that for most brides this is a more relaxing and calmer environment. I require 4 or more people receiving services in order to travel. Travel fees are in addition to my regular service costs. This will be based upon distance and will be included in the bride’s invoice.
 

Late Event Booking Fee: Weddings booked within 14 days of event date will be subject to an additional late fee of $50 per person.
 

Extra Styles: If you would like to change styles between the ceremony and reception or would like me to stay and assist with the changing of veils, hairpieces, etc, I am able to do that at an hourly rate of $75/hour. Hourly rate starts once all initial agreed upon styles are finished. This fee must be paid prior to wedding day and total will be added to invoice by artist.
 

Extra styles: 
Additional Time needed: If I am needed longer than the standard 4-hour time slot, an additional $75 will be charged per hour. This is also the fee for staying for touchups through the ceremony or reception. Please contact artist for final rate.
 

Deposit:
As part of our Wedding Agreement, I require a deposit to reserve these appointments. The deposit is $50 per person in the bridal party and 50% of the brides service and is required to reserve me for the wedding date. This deposit will go toward the cost of service on the wedding day. This amount will not be refunded.
If the appointment is cancelled less than 20 days before event, 100% of the full amount of service is due. A card will be reserved on file for this reason.
 

Cancellation Policy:
I do ask that should there be a need to adjust or cancel any of the appointments of the bridal party that all changes are made 14 days prior to the date of the appointment. If changes or cancellations are made with less than 20-day notice, you will still be responsible for the full amount of services. This fee will be charged to the card reserved on file.
 

Gratuity Policy:
Monet’s Haus appreciates your business and have had many brides ask to tip at the end of service. In order to remain consistent and pay my team appropriately, gratuity is assessed to bridal parties of 4 or more at 20% and will be added to the total cost and bridal invoice.

• I understand and agree to the deposit to secure the appointments.
• I consent to having the deposit processed 30 days (or more) prior to the event date.
• I agree to pay the full balance due and provide authorization to charge my credit card provided to artist.
• I understand that the deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation unless 21 days ’notice is given to artist.
• Changes to the bridal party total can be made up to 14 days in advance. After that, the full amount is due.
• I understand that I am responsible for the total amount listed on the invoice and that no refund will be given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointment or change their mind within 14 days.
